Loved getting a taste of Lucerne, we had only about an hour so don’t expect to be able to do a whole bunch. We missed the hanging bridge which was part of the tour and missed the outside experience where you hanged on a moving suspension. I think missing these 2 experiences , that they should give us a refund! I could have bought my own ticket to this excursion for lesser money . The tour to Luzern is also on your own and you have to walk back to the bus. You can easily get distracted with the time frame they gave you. I was disappointed.”
