“Beware!!!! There is construction happening at the site that completely mask the kiosks, it took me two hours to locate them. I ended up losing my cruise time and the vendor refused to take any accountability or make any amends to put me on their earlier cruise or even refund me something towards this given that there was no mention of a construction in their directions. No customer service understanding at all!”
