Flix bus was about 15 francs each way also last minute. The tour was very short so maybe it's better to take Flix bus and then a separate tour guide in annecy. However, the tour guide for swiss tours (Arnault) was very nice and definitely cared about our learning. Perhaps they could expand by 1 more hour to allow some more time in annecy.”

“Starting by saying I’ve never left a review anywhere, let alone a negative one. But the experience me and my boyfriend had was awful and despicable. We booked this tour, given barcodes for the coach trip up and back .The coach trip barcode for the way up worked fine. However, on the way back, after showing the bus driver my barcode, he was very rude and said the barcode wasn’t valid. It was a lot of back and forth of me explaining everything, panicking, showing him ID’s, confirmation numbers, barcodes etc. Another couple tried to help us who were also having issues. “We booked the package tour for CHF 210 per person. Fellow travelers did not book this package, but booked the bus trip, the cable car and the trip to the Glacier de la Mer separately online for CHF 150 per person. We were together all day, except that lunch was included in our offer. We cannot understand the large price difference. nThe afternoon program to the Glacier de la Mer did not take place because the cable car was closed. We were informed much too late, only at 2:30 p.m.! As compensation, we only received CHF 20 per person back, despite complaints on our part.”
