The history of chocolate making was fascinating and the extra sample tastings along the way was an extra bonus. We come from Australia so there was lots of extra flavours of chocolate to try that we don't have at home. Many people were taking the audio tour but I think the actual tour gave you a better grasp of Lindt chocolate. Overall I would recommend to book the tour. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Who wouldn't, it's chocolate!!”

“This was a very pricey tour and was not worth it. The tour guide spoke halting English and just walked us through some parts of the Oldtown. Other than the majority of our time inside the Lindt Chocolote Museum and Cruise also on our own as the guide did not accompany us, it was mostly a private driver that picked us as the hotel and dropped us back with an hour and half walk. The tour guide also tried to rush us saying the tour was for only 4 hours and he needed us to come out of the Museum so he can drop us off at the hotel. I…”

“Even though the description mentions hands-on chocolate making with a chocolatier, that is NOT what you’ll get. This tour is just entry to the museum (self-guided). Plus, the tour was supposed to start at 10am; however, Viator does not purchase tickets in advance, so when we arrived at 9:30am, we were told the 10am entry was sold out and had to wait till 10:45am to enter the museum.”
